Khaleda Zia appeals for calm following dictator Hasina's fall

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has called on the people of the country to remain calm, hours after the resignation and departure of dictator Sheikh Hasina on Monday afternoon.

This was disclosed by the party’s chairperson's press wing officer Shamsuddin Didar in a statement.

Soon after Hasina’s fall, BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman also urged citizens across all levels to maintain peace and stability during this critical time.
