Abul Kalam Azad, former principal secretary to ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, was arrested on Saturday.

A DB team held him from the capital's Dhanmondi area this evening, said DC (media) of DMP, Talebur Rahman.

The police official, however, did not disclose in which case he was arrested.
